Description

Brandt is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator located at our Customer Support Center in Regina, SK. In this role you will be responsible for providing inside sales support for all Brandt Manufactured Products with a focus on vac truck, road rail and heavy haul trailer product lines. The Sale Coordinator should pose an assertive communication style, thriving off a fast-paced environment with potential advancement in their career at Brandt.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Managers, and TMs in the support of sales activities including daily quoting, PowerPoint presentations, assembling data for sales activities, technical information, etc.
  • Order Maintenance which includes entering new orders, updating and maintaining existing orders.
  • Liaison between engineering, manufacturing and order fulfilment teams to provide updates and manage new and existing orders for our TMs and dealers.
  • Processing phone calls and emails via a call que and ticketing system to provide prompt & accurate assistance to all dealers and customers.
  • Assist Marketing with content in launching new products in a way that maximized market share and creates awareness to the key product features.
  • Assist in the development of communications, including assistance in the development of brochures, ad materials and advertising campaigns.
  • Track and report on business objectives and goals.
  • Provide competitor analysis, and market research for continuous product development.
  • Update the communication of new products to the sales team.
  • Coordinate training sessions for dealers with the TMs.
  • Maintain standards for co-op advertising as per our Terms and conditions.
  • Help coordinate dealer meetings, tradeshows, training sessions as required.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
