DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to coordinate Fyfestone and Dense Block deliveries in a busy market. You will be based at Kemnay, Aberdeenshire.
The role is solely office based, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. You will be reporting to the Distribution and Sales Team leader.

• Previous experience working in Building Product markets is desirable though not essential as training will be given.
• A good familiarity of the local geography is desirable.

The key accountabilities of the role are:

• Telephone, email and face to face contact to and from customers
• Timely response to customers’ enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
• Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion
• Cost effective dispatch planning of all customer orders through active liaison with commercial, operations and hauliers
• Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively
• Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required
• Communicating effectively with commercial and production teams and haulage partners
• Identifying and contributing to managing your own personal development in collaboration with your line manager
• Booking lorries in and out of depot and other Reception duties
