Description

Clonabreany House is a private wedding event venue, located in Crossakiel between the towns of Kells and Oldcastle in Co. Meath.
At Clonabreany House we pride ourselves on providing the perfect wedding events for our couples by offering fabulous service and effortless attention to detail.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to work within our busy Wedding Events Team. We are looking for an experienced individual with passion, drive and enthusiasm for the role and a proven track record in a sales position.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in sales roles
  • Excellent customer care and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Must have excellent written & spoken English
  • Excellent computer literacy, to include Microsoft packages (word, excel, outlook etc) and sales management/CRM systems
    PLEASE NOTE - Full driving license and transport is essential due to the rural location of the venue

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Responsibilities
  • Sales Management - sales pipeline maintenance responding to all sales enquiries, scheduling viewing appointments, tracking enquiries etc
  • Sales Administration including preparing sales proposals and contracts tailored to the specific needs of clients, outlining pricing, services, and terms to secure bookings
  • Organising & conducting show-arounds, open events, and trade shows (including evening & weekend events) if required
  • Sales Reporting and Tracking key performance indicators such as revenue, bookings, and conversion rates to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Assisting with the marketing and sales of the venue to include wedding showcases, seasonal promotions, and other PR events.
  • Conducting market research to identify industry trends, and competitive offerings, providing insights to inform sales strategies
