About Us   Domo Tactical Communications operates in fast growing markets offering innovative and robust wireless security products, leading-edge IP centric network devices, and C4I application software solutions, along with high performance wireless broadcast systems for all industries.   Our passion for innovation keeps us one step ahead in the rapidly changing and increasingly challenging environments within which we perform, whether on the battlefield, in the streets of our cities, or at the world's largest sporting events.   High performance IP Video, communications, and broadcast systems enable our customers to securely monitor, control, communicate, and share information with confidence in complex environments and in the most demanding situations.   What will you be doing?   Reporting to our GM, the Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the Sales and Operations team at DTC – North America, a global technology leader in secure wireless communications and surveillance systems.   Based in our Ashburn office, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, improving systems efficiency, and enabling operational excellence across ERP and CRM platforms including SAP.   This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role where the Sales Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact for National  Sales teams—supporting quoting activities and maintaining accurate system data, The role will play an active part in SAP operations, helping to improve processes, resolve day-to-day system challenges, and ensure Sales has the tools and information needed to perform effectively.   Key Responsibilities Include:   Maintaining accurate data within SAP, ensuring systems remain aligned and support smooth  order processing. Acting as the primary support contact for North American Sales teams, troubleshooting issues and enabling efficient day-to-day sales activity such as review of PO from customers and ensuring they match what was quoted Preparing and delivering regular and ad-hoc reports to senior leadership, leveraging ERP and CRM data to support informed decision-making. Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency across SAP environments. Ensuring compliance with import/export legislation and internal corporate governance standards. Order entry into the SAP system Processing PO’s when received from the customer   About You:   The ideal candidate will be a proactive, systems-oriented professional with strong operational awareness and a high level of IT literacy. Confidence in working extensively within SAP a is essential, along with the ability to understand how ERP and CRM processes directly impact sales performance and operational delivery.   The successful candidate will bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across Sales & Operations functions. A detail-driven and structured approach is critical, along with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and resolve system or process challenges in a timely manner.   To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:   Administrator or super-user level experience within SAP systems platforms. Proven customer service background with the confidence and interpersonal skills Strong IT literacy and a passion for systems and process improvement. Practical experience working within ERP and CRM environments to support pricing structures, product data accuracy, and end-to-end sales processes.
