Description

SALES COORDINATION

  • Coordinate and support the sales team in managing client accounts, quotations, and order processing.
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, tenders, contracts, and sales documentation.
  • Track sales pipeline, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Assist in scheduling product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions with clients and hospitals.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics teams for product availability, shipment, and delivery follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales reports, market research summaries, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with medical regulatory requirements in documentation and client communication.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director/CEO.
  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (local and international).
  • Draft professional correspondence, presentations, and reports.

  • Act as the first point of contact between management and clients/partners.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and exhibitions.
