Description

SALES COORDINATOR

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to help sales representatives meet sales targets by coordinating sales operations and maintaining positive client connections.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping with sales, assuring order satisfaction, communicating with other departments, encouraging employees. The person must be well organized, administratively adept, and a problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Create and build new client relationships by communicating effectively with sales managers and their clients.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
  • Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers.
  • Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism.
  • Makes presentations to management which explain how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales opportunities.
  • Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets.
  • Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
  • Act as a point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team develop their skills and enhance performance. “Women can apply.”

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

  • SALES : 1 year (Required)
