About the role In this role you will collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to turn leads into business opportunities. You’ll need to be able to engage with the client and understand their pain points so that when you hand over to our consultants, they’ll be able to build on the foundation you established. This process will be owned by you, so we need someone comfortable in relationship building and documentation in our HubSpot CRM. A day in the life of a Sales coordinator might involve Converting leads into opportunities by picking up the phone or sending an email Researching clients to understand their role and responsibilities to decide on best methods of approach Coming up with creative approaches to get the attention of a lead, and increase their interest in Datamine Maintaining our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring sales interactions are up-to-date and accurately recorded. Track sales activities, monitor leads and set up next actions Coordination with different teams and roles to ensure seamless execution of sales activities General administrative support to the Sales team, calendar management and meeting scheduling Generating regular sales reports, using them to provide insight and drive improvements Reflecting on recent client interactions to understand what is moving the needle You would fit right in at Datamine if you have Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role Bachelor's degree or similar Experience picking up the phone and engaging with professional B2B customers Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management A proactive and resourceful attitude, always seeking ways to improve processes Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
