We are expanding and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide vital support to our Service and Sales teams. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and efficient delivery of solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue accurate client quotations, following up on proposals where required.
Coordinate technician schedules in collaboration with the Operations and Service Manager.
Assist with logistics planning to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Process supplier purchase orders and maintain precise documentation and records.
Provide proactive administrative support to the sales and service teams.
Requirements:
Strong phone manner and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
Previous administrative experience, ideally within engineering, service, or finance sectors.
Fluent in English with excellent customer service abilities.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
