Our cultural exchange program builds global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.
You will join our passionate team in Zurich, reporting to the Country Product Manager, and work together to help grow our presence across 12 markets. This role requires a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a sales-driven mindset. What you will do:

• Grow our program, taking ownership of sales in your assigned markets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Drive sales by responding to customer needs with energy and enthusiasm, leveraging phone and in-person interactions to achieve conversions
• Expand brand awareness by building partnerships with schools, universities, fairs, and local organizations to increase brand visibility and drive new leads
• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Organize and attend promotional events to engage and grow the au pair community
• Collaborate with our local au pair community to help achieve goals
• Conduct market research, analyze regional needs, and assess competition to create long-term strategies for building brand awareness.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1+ years of sales experience (both phone & in-person), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Full proficiency in English and Portuguese required, additional languages advantageous (particularly German)
• Prior sales experience within the Portuguese market is preferred
• Experience of working or living abroad for 6+ months is desirable
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours; a valid driver’s license is a plus.
