Forget about ordinary boring job!  If you think you are young, dynamic, Fun, Motivated, Work Hard and Never stop learning, Apply now! this is a job for you.    Sales Coordinator EF Education First (Program EF Study Abroad): Responsibilities:  * Reaching sales target by providing explanation of services to potential clients, families, and referrals, including evenings and weekends as requested.  * Big Part of the job is making a sales Calls. Telesales skills is a MUST!  * Good communication presentation skills  * following through on all inquiries within 24 hours.  * Work with the Country Program Manager to make sure Sales Plan is being reached  * Other duties as assigned.  * Reach admissions or enrolment targets through consultative selling and quality CRM effort * Meet daily KPIs including number of calls, appointments, and consultations * Provide relevant info, advise, and quality services throughout the customer's journey to ensure high customer satisfaction * Organize and host onsite and offsite events (including information-seminars, fairs, school talks, university speeches, student parties, alumni activities) to boost brand awareness, generate new leads, drive referrals, and create student communities * Manage student admins from start-to-end including pre- and post-departure customer service (e.g., flights, accommodation, visa, student documents, invoices, tuition payments) * Able to travel to visit the partner branches outside of Jakarta * Weekend shifts and offsite work may be required     Requirements * Proven working experience in sales. Min of 3 years' experience  * Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage  * Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach  * Preferable someone has experience in Education industry  * Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively  * Demonstrable ability to handle crisis and work under pressure * Previous sales experience would be preferable * Candidates with personal travel abroad experience will be preferred * Passion for travel, languages and cultural exchange * Open to international exposure   Industry * Education Management   Employment Type Full-time   About EF Education First   At EF we believe that the world is better when people try to understand one another.
