JOB SUMMARY:

The IT Solutions Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating pre-sales and post-sales activities, managing client communication, preparing proposals, and ensuring seamless delivery of IT solutions. This position bridges the gap between the sales, technical, and operations teams to drive customer satisfaction and sales success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or IT sales role.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions (e.g., software, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed services).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the sales process from lead generation to final delivery.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations in collaboration with the sales and technical teams.
  • Manage the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales team, and IT/engineering teams to clarify solution requirements.
  • Track and report sales KPIs, forecasting, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure contracts, SLAs, and documentation are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Support marketing campaigns and product launches with relevant sales materials and coordination.
  • Stay updated on IT products, services, and industry trends to effectively support the sales process.
