Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or similar position within the contracting or construction industry.
  • Solid understanding of contracting processes, project management, and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the sales team in executing sales strategies and delivering tailored contracting solutions to clients.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions aligned with the company’s offerings.
  • Prepare, track, and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to ensure accurate and timely submission, with an emphasis on closing deals efficiently.
  • Maintain an updated and organized CRM system with accurate customer details and project information.
  • Serve as the key liaison between clients, project managers, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and positive client experience.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical information to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction, timely deliveries, and adherence to scope, cost, and quality standards.
  • Prepare regular reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
  • Identify new business opportunities and trends within the industry to support growth and market expansion efforts.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, presentations, follow-up actions, and coordinating schedules.
