JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations within the contracting and construction sector. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. Candidates who are already based in Riyadh or are willing to relocate will be given priority. Tagalog-speaking candidates are highly preferred, as they will enhance communication within our diverse team and client base.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Assistant, or in a similar role within the contracting or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, sales cycles, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required; Tagalog is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and regulations is a plus.
  • Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the sales team to execute sales strategies and support project delivery.
  • Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable contracting solutions.
  • Prepare and manage sales documents, including quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Act as a communication bridge between clients, project managers, and other departments to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing technical information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Track project progress and assist in ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Generate and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance forecasts to the management.
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities and analyze emerging market trends.
  • Provide administrative assistance by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing follow-ups.
