Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Sales Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations.  RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination. * Manage scheduling and follow-up communications with clients. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. * Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations. * Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and travel arrangements. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. * Track and report on sales metrics and performance. REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or a related field preferred. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
