This position plays a crucial role in supporting the sales efforts for our events segment by coordinating various activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Assist the sales team in coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and expectations Manage and maintain event schedules, bookings, and logistics Prepare and distribute sales proposals and contracts Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and performance goals Address and resolve any client inquiries or issues promptly Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution Maintain detailed records of client interactions and event details for future reference Previous experience in the hospitality industry or event coordination is preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management software A detail-oriented approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Indonesian citizens preferred.
