JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator - Export to oversee and support the export sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer and supplier relationships, processing sales documentation (POs, invoices, PLs), and coordinating shipments from the UK to Dubai and Seychelles. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in handling UK-based suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement strategies to ensure optimal sourcing and supply chain operations.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Communicate with existing customers and suppliers to manage orders, shipments, and inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure smooth transactions.
• Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and packing lists (PLs) accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all export documentation complies with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange shipments from the UK to Dubai and Seychelles.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs authorities.
• Handle any delays, discrepancies, or customer queries related to shipments.
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales reports, and customer communications.
• Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, and correspondence.
• Support in resolving customer concerns related to products, deliveries, or documentation.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in export sales coordination, preferably in food industries
• Strong knowledge of export documentation (POs, invoices, PLs)
• Previous experience in handling UK clients and suppliers.
• Experience handling shipments from the UK to Dubai and Seychelles is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
