Description

The Elevator Sales Coordinator will be directly reporting to the Vice President Sales and will be responsible for managing and continuously improving support and coordination services for all projects from bidding to customer handover. This will involve client interaction, project management, detailed planning and organization of projects, including ordering construction related material and conducting construction site visitations.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Post Secondary Education and/or related experience
  • Previous work experience in Elevator Industry will be an asset

CRITICAL SKILLS

  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
  • Updating social media for the company
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe, Photoshop.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization: Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to balance high volume of activities and changing priorities
  • Problem Solving Capability and an Information seeking attitude
  • Teamwork: Ability to interact with all levels and foster a teamwork relationship
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
