JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our hospitality team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales activities, coordinating communications, and ensuring seamless collaboration between the sales team and clients to drive business growth in the hotel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Manage communication between sales representatives, clients, and other departments to ensure timely follow-up and delivery.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns to boost hotel bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop sales materials and presentations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support sales activities.
