Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Admin Assistant with a strong background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector (Preferred sector) and previous experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will support our sales team, manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and reporting to the Director.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and tracking sales performance.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and availability of products.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports, providing insights to the sales team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist HR department .
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of [1] year of experience in sales and administrative roles within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel and power point.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
