Acts as a key support in managing client inquiries, preparing sales contracts and proposals, and maintaining updated sales records and reports. Assists Sales Managers in executing sales initiatives, coordinating client requirements, and ensuring efficient handling of reservations and related transactions. Supports the team in delivering seamless service aligned with Filinvest Hospitality's standards of efficiency, accuracy, and guest-centric service. Job Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Management, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Administration, or any related course Preferably with prior experience in sales, hospitality, or administrative support; fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with keen attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City Customer-service oriented with a proactive and professional attitude
