We are seeking a driven, energetic and self-motivated professional to fulfill our Sales Coordinator role. The successful candidate will join our close-knit team, with a key focus on strategically leading the sales division towards meeting their targets, improving sales performance and ensuring optimal client satisfaction. The successful candidate will work alongside the leadership teams to improve efficiencies, streamline processes, and motivate the team to improve performance and achieve targets.
This position requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency in various IT applications, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience operating Sage 50 Professional software or similar (certification not a requirement but desirable).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a previous Sales Administration role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Office (incl. SharePoint).
  • Exceptional computer skills including expert Excel, Adobe and data management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage priorities to meet client requirements with fluctuating timelines and tight time constraints.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Well-equipped to working in a fast-paced, professional environment and drive to achieve targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience coaching/ mentoring and motivating a team while constantly driving safety/quality improvements.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively maintain and develop Client relations to promote company awareness and loyalty, contributing to the growth and success of Flare.
  • Review Client documentation to prepare and communicate all upcoming service work scope templates (e.g. BOM’s) and distribute to sales team for generating quotations in a timely fashion.
  • Manage Client and Vendor management accounts on Sage 50 system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales Team, training and mentoring members on how best to achieve their goals and offering guidance and support for improvement opportunities.
  • Form positive, meaningful relationships with Team members, encourage productivity and identify areas for development.
  • Identify and ensure follow-up of existing and open opportunities to help drive sales figures. Review client feedback for improvement and pricing strategies.
  • Generate and analyse weekly and monthly sales reports to reflect accurate, current and future revenue figures.
