Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career ? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Full-Time Sales Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office. A solid and accurate working knowledge of all MS systems; Word, PowerPoint, Ex cel are required . Applicants must also have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task are essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 1-2 years previous Sales Coordinator experience in a fast-paced Sales, Catering and Marketing operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment
  • Previous experience with OPERA PMS is required
  • The ability to multi-task on several assignments at once
  • Computer proficiency , especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
  • Additional language a definite asset for career growth
  • Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field

Responsibilities:

The Sales and Marketing Departments promotes, sells and books business for the hotel. The teams’ goal is to ensure that the hotel operates at maximum occupancy. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing departments coordinate advertising, promotions and public relations activates aimed at optimizin g the hotel’s position.
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Sales Managers (Corporate, Group & Leisure) and is responsible for all administrative related duties, which include proposals, contracts, invoices, co-ordination of site inspections, FAMS, client events and any other administrative duties required by the Sales management team. The Sales Coordinator is also responsible for preparing a v ariety of reports , is the lead for maintaining m ultiple informational databases , and is also responsible for making reservations for the Corporate & Leisure Sales Managers.
