Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as a Full -Time Sales Coordinator.

As a Sales Coordinator at the Four Seasons Resort Whistler, you w ill be responsible for sales lead inquiri es, coordinati on of site inspections and sales VIP stays, and other administrative duties.

Hourly Wage: $ 26.00 - $28.00

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Handle correspondence s such as proposals, contracts, form letters, and internal forms.
  • Create, maintain , and update Excel spreadsheets, including formulas, filtering, and sorting information.
  • Maintain all sales files according to established procedures and standards.
  • Complete assigned sales administrative duties and tasks.
  • S upport on special projects assigned to the Commercial Team .
  • Greet sales clients and provide tours if necessary.
  • Handle contracts and inquiries for both tentative and definite groups.
