Benefits: - 0–20% Monthly Performance Related Pay - 2% Monthly Medical Allowance - Yearly Salary Increment Job Responsibilities: - Actively source and engage potential customers to expand the client base, including cold calling. - Handle all sales enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. - Prepare quotations after receiving job details from the operations team, mainly for furniture and carpentry works, with some interior design projects. - Follow up on quotations with customers to close sales. - Share the company portfolio and explain in-house carpentry and home services to customers. - Coordinate with the operations team to clarify job scope, materials, and quotation details when required. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients. Job Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in any field (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications). - Willing to learn with a positive and proactive attitude. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Interest in furniture, carpentry, renovation, or home services industry.
