Description Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to assist our Sales team with a variety of clerical duties and to help maintain their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Hilton and familiarity with PEP property management systems and Delphi. This role is essential in ensuring that the team can effectively meet their sales goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist the Director of Sales (DOS) in generating new business and increasing annual production for the group room block segment. - Support the department in maintaining established customer relations and developing new relationships. - Accept incoming phone calls to prequalify leads and assign them to the appropriate manager. - Document account details to ensure all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and accurately recorded. - Manage incoming mail and correspondence efficiently. - Perform additional clerical duties as needed to support the Sales team. Skills and Qualifications: - Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry. - Familiarity with Hilton operations and PEP property management systems. - Proficient in using Delphi and other relevant software applications. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
