Description

Sales Coordinator — Keep Our Store Floor Running & Sales Flowing (Vaughan, ON)
Location: Vaughan, Ontario (on-site)
Schedule: Full-time; may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays
About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven Sales Coordinator to be the engine behind daily store sales and smooth operations. You’ll support the sales team on the floor, keep promotions organized, coordinate with vendors, and make sure inventory, signage, and POS details are always up to date. If you love retail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy juggling priorities, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Support daily sales activity: Prepare quotes, enter/track orders, update customer profiles, and produce quick sales reports (daily/weekly).
  • Own promotions & signage: Coordinate in-store promotions, price updates, and point-of-sale materials; ensure planogram and visual standards are executed on time.
  • Merchandising coordination: Partner with the store team to set endcaps/feature tables, replenish high-velocity SKUs, and keep displays compliant and shop-ready.
  • Inventory follow-through: Monitor stock levels in the POS system, flag gaps, coordinate inter-store transfers, and follow up on backorders and deliveries.
  • Vendor & partner liaison: Schedule product demos, manage samples and POP, and keep vendors informed on sell-through and upcoming needs.
  • Customer support: Triage inquiries (phone/email/in store), route leads to the right associate, and provide after-sales follow-ups when needed.
  • Reporting & admin: Maintain trackers (Excel/Google Sheets), compile sell-through and promo performance, and prepare weekly snapshots for the Store/Sales Manager.
  • Cross-team coordination: Work closely with Operations/Receiving on shipment priorities, ticketing, and safe back-room organization.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years’ experience in retail or sales coordination/support (store or multi-unit environment preferred).
  • Comfortable with POS systems, MS Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots an asset), and basic CRM/order entry.
  • Strong organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving store setting.
  • Clear, friendly communicator who partners well with sales associates, managers, and vendors.
  • Bonus points for: visual merchandising experience, bilingual ability, and knowledge of planograms/retail compliance.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • A collaborative store team that celebrates wins together.
  • Ongoing training, growth opportunities, and exposure to multi-brand/vendor programs.
  • Staff discount and recognition programs.
  • A safe, inclusive, and customer-first workplace

Job Type: Full-time
