Are you ready to step into the fast lane of luxury automotive excellence? Grand Touring Automobiles is looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our Polestar Uptown Toronto Dealership! As the first point of contact for our esteemed clientele, you’ll embody the essence of luxury and hospitality, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Duties:

  • Responsible for record keeping of all inventory
  • Maintaining and updating coffee bars
  • Performing licensing when required
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Greeting and directing client walk-ins and appointments
  • Providing refreshments to clients
  • Performing clerical duties such as receipting cash transactions via CDK Portal
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

Skills & Experience:

  • CDK Knowledge preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Communication skills
  • Organizational Skills
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Previous dealership experience preferred.
