REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in sales or sales coordination for at least 1 year
• Proficiency in GSheets, Excel and CRM software
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written
• Systematic approach to tasks

• Handle customer communications via phone and email
• Efficiently process customer orders
• Oversee the preparation, assembly, and delivery of orders
• Manage and respond to customer feedback
• Collect and update client information in our CRM system, Bitrix24
• Utilize Bitrix24 for managing business processes and customer databases
• Coordinate sales activities and assist the sales department in meeting their targets
