We’re seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about sales, HoReCa, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in sales or sales coordination for at least 1 year.
• Proficiency in GSheets, Excel and CRM software.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Systematic approach to tasks.

Experience:

• HoReCa: 1 year (Required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer communications via phone and email.
• Efficiently process customer orders.
• Oversee the preparation, assembly, and delivery of orders.
• Manage and respond to customer feedback.
• Collect and update client information in our CRM system, Bitrix24.
• Utilize Bitrix24 for managing business processes and customer databases.
• Coordinate sales activities and assist the sales department in meeting their targets.
