Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Client Acquisition: Manage existing accounts and support the Sales Manager in acquiring new clients. You act as the main contact for our partners and provide assistance where needed.
  • Groups & Events: Handle new group requests, negotiate, and transfer the booking to our event planners once confirmed.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain account profiles in Hyatt’s CRM system.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Relationship Management: Plan and host client visits, business lunches, and events to maintain strong professional relationships with the global Hyatt sales team, travel agencies, and business partners.
