JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Coordinator in a real estate company supports the sales team in achieving targets by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication between clients and agents, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales cycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales agents to schedule property viewings and client meetings.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, leads, and property listings in CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Follow up with clients post-visit or meeting to gather feedback and encourage sales closures.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to ensure sales materials are up to date and aligned with current promotions.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is properly completed, signed, and filed.
  • Track and report weekly/monthly sales activity and performance to management.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients or tenants, including documentation and coordination with legal/admin teams.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
