Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the client database, ensuring up to date contact records
  • Preparation of sales proposals and contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are clearly communicated
  • Responding to enquiries regarding the potential sale of accommodation, function spaces and event bookings
  • Assisting in the coordination of events including internal communications as per client specifications
  • Liaising with established clients, updating bookings and preferences
  • Maintaining relationships with and answering enquiries from tourism providers and corporate accounts
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team and the General Manager to facilitate the conversion of new and repeat business
  • Responding to client enquiries and converting to sale
