Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator in Electrical field with lighting experience(Female) to join our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between sales teams and clients. Proven experience with DIALux is important. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Spouse Visa is advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Engineering / Diploma in Electrical
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales support, coordination in a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotes, processing orders, and managing sales documentation.
• Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing information, answering inquiries, and ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
• Order Management: Oversee the entire sales order process, from order entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
• Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, including Procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales operations and campaigns.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain and update sales records, generate sales reports, and track sales performance metrics.
