Description:
IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY
- Respond to customer inquiries related to fire and safety products.
- Provide quotes, product details, and assist in order processing.
- Maintain and update customer records and order status.
- Coordinate with suppliers for product availability and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and product standards.
- Support sales representatives with product information and documentation.
- Track sales orders and resolve issues with shipments or product quality.
