Description Location: Houston, TX - Onsite 13101 Almeda Department: Sales and Marketing ________________________________________ The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer accounts, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments [sales & marketing, and operations] and external clients. This role helps drive sales efficiency by handling day-to-day operations, preparing reports, and assisting with customer inquiries to ensure a positive client experience. Requirements Serve as the main point of contact for sales team support, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and requests. Coordinate sales activities, including preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and project kick off meetings and managing client communications. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information, leads, and sales activity tracking. Support order processing by coordinating with operations, logistics, and finance teams. Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review. Assist with planning and coordinating sales meetings, events, and trade shows. Monitor and follow up on pending client accounts, ensuring timely billing and payment collection where applicable. Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials, product information, and campaigns are aligned with client needs. Provide excellent customer service by managing client issues and escalating as needed. Perform general administrative duties to support the sales department. Gathering all logistical information from client and relay to operations Build and maintain project schedules and work with operations team in coordinating logistics. Support and prepare pre-job costing /post-job costing tracking and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of degree. 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination, preferably in a similar industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM software preferred (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proactive approach to anticipating needs and providing solutions. Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams. #ZR
