We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our valued trade customers, both in the UK and Internationally. You’ll help them choose the perfect fabrics, ensure their orders run smoothly, and represent the quality and values of our brand at every step.

As Sales Coordinator, you will:

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing prompt and professional service
• Advise trade clients—interior designers, upholsterers, architects, retailers—on fabric selection, specifications, and care
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using our ERP system (Odoo)
• Ensure compliance with sales, tax, and export regulations
• Knowledge of incoterms and basic export processes
• Maintain meticulous order and customer records
• Represent Ian Mankin at trade shows when required, usually twice a year.
