Working as part of a vibrant and energetic team you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing product information and service as well as undertaking a variety of administrative support duties.
Some of the main responsibilities of this role include:
- Entering Quotes and Orders.
- Answering the phone and helping with customer enquiries.
- Providing general customer service to our clients.

This is an extremely busy role and requires someone who thrives on working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Applicants will also need to have:

- Strong computer and systems experience with fast and accurate typing speeds.
- Previous experience in a customer service role would be great but not critical as we are happy to provide training to anyone with the right attitude
