QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in media rights, sports marketing, or sales coordination.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
  • Passion for sports and a solid understanding of the global media landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional to support our International and Domestic Media Rights Sales team. This role will act as a central hub for managing relationships, tracking deal flow, and ensuring smooth coordination across all sales operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Support: Assist in creating impactful presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for broadcasters and digital platforms.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM systems and track sales activity to support deal flow.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely and coordinate internal workflows with Legal, Finance, and Content Delivery teams to drive the timely execution of agreements.
  • Contract Oversight: Monitor compliance and delivery timelines for media rights deals.
  • Partner Engagement: Liaise with external stakeholders to arrange meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Event Coordination: Manage invites, schedules, and logistics for industry markets and events (e.g., Sportel, LIV Events).
  • Team Operations: Organise recurring team meetings and support internal workflows.
  • Client Interaction: Join pitch calls, track follow-ups, and provide solutions to client requests in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the SVP, including schedule and travel coordination.
