POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the procurement department and the Account Management team at International Rx. This position involves various responsibilities such as project management, data analysis, and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and capable of coordinating sales activities effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, project management, or a related role.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.
· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
· Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required.

· Collaborate with the Procurement department to facilitate order processing and inventory management.
· Support the Account Management team by assisting with client inquiries and maintaining customer relationships.
· Assist in project management activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
· Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improved sales strategies.
· Develop and assist with the creation and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to sales coordination and procurement processes.
· Handle day-to-day sales coordination tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communications with clients and internal teams.
· Participate in cross-functional team meetings to share insights and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
· Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the Sales and Procurement departments.
