Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly and that our customers receive outstanding service. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with sales representatives, clients, and various internal departments to support the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in managing schedules, processing orders, and handling documentation. Act as a liaison between sales, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. Track and manage open orders, providing regular updates to team members and clients. Coordinate with customers to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals. Participate in project planning and ensure that resources are allocated effectively. Manage inventory and assist with stock coordination as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
