Our client, a leading manufacturer of Industrial Pumps and HVAC fluid technology is looking to hire a Regional Sales Coordinator (Western Canada) to join their team.

The Sales Coordinator – Western Canada plays a pivotal role in facets of day-to-day solutions selling of Company products in the assigned branch or region. you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales department, assisting in managing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communication between internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of products. You will play a crucial role in helping the sales team meet their targets and ensuring excellent customer service.

PLEASE NOTE: This position is a contract prospect to start. There is potential for permanent employment. This role is fully remote and the individual can be located anywhere in Canada. This person will be servicing Alberta MST time and will be required to adjust their schedule to accommodate the time difference.

Responsibilities:

- Process and track orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactive communication with customers regarding potential delays.

- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution and compliance with company standards.
