We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Victoria!

SALES COORDINATOR - Job Description:

  • Providing excellent customer service and staff support
  • Coordinating and collaborating with healthcare professionals and sales staff
  • Documentation such as:

    • Creating Invoices


      • Creating/modifying quotations


        • Cataloguing client information/profiles

        • Liaising with suppliers, obtaining delivery ETAs and price inquiries
        • Working with our sales team to provide the best solutions for our clients

        SUGGESTED SKILLS:

        • Some knowledge or experience in healthcare or related
        • Computer literate; comfort using various computer software programs
        • Background in administration/administrative skills
        • Excellent Customer Service skills
        • Ability to prioritize and multi-task; a problem-solver
        • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
        • Ability to be handle confidential files; trustworthy
        • Communicates clearly
        • Has the desire to help people
