Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication of relevant information.
Ensure the adequacy and availability of sales-related materials, equipment, and documentation.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support when required.
Organize and maintain both financial and non-financial data in electronic form, generating reports as needed.
Support the accurate and timely processing of all shipments in coordination with logistics.
Keep clients informed of any unforeseen delays or issues related to their orders or shipments.
Monitor the performance of the sales team, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions.
Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials, marketing campaigns, and events.
Willingness to travel internationally with the Business Development Executive (BDE) for exhibitions, client meetings, and business opportunities.
Ensure all operations and communications adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in MS Office and sales software tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and willing to travel abroad when required
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
