Description J.J. Nichting is seeking an organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our equipment sales team. This role plays a key part in keeping the sales process running smoothly—while ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. What You’ll Do Enter and process customer finance applications Prepare and manage sales paperwork Enter and process sales orders accurately Track equipment inventory and order status with manufacturers Communicate order updates and timelines with customers and sales staff Work closely with sales, parts, service, and accounting to ensure smooth transactions Maintain sales files, customer information, and CRM records Assist with sales events, promotions, and customer clinics as needed Set up and manage advertising for equipment Complete equipment warranty registrations Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Experience in agriculture, equipment, or a dealership environment preferred High school diploma or GED required Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Benefits Competitive hourly wage 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability PTO and vacation J.J.
