We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer accounts, coordinating sales orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, production, and warehouse teams.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting sales operations for both our medical mask products and OEM gummy manufacturing. This includes managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, and coordinating with production and warehouse teams to track and ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in sales administration, with experience in manufacturing or OEM environments preferred.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, production, and warehouse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills to manage production timelines and resolve logistical challenges.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
