Description

We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth departmental operations — from managing sales inquiries to maintaining accurate client records — while supporting the team in achieving revenue goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality sales & marketing is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Applicants must be currently based in Singapore. Work sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Process incoming correspondence and ensure timely follow-up by the relevant team members.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records and profiles in the database.
  • Check and disseminate leads from Marriott channels (MI Leads, CI/TY, Cvent, MarRFP, and other sources) to the respective managers.
  • Manage and control departmental collateral materials and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries directly and distribute sales leads accordingly.
  • Follow up on weekly and monthly reports from the sales team.
  • Support special projects and other duties assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
