JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Excellent command over English (Arabic is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to handle client coordination, quotations, and follow-ups
• Prior experience in sales or coordination is an advantage
• Should be presentable, organized, and proactive

• Coordinate between clients and internal sales/service teams
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and emails (If Required)
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
• Maintain CRM or Excel records of leads and responses
