We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of products including custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Position Overview We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support multiple departments within our growing business. This role is essential to our success and requires a strong commitment to client satisfaction through friendly, professional, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Coordinate sales-related activities across departments Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, designers, and internal teams Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, projects, and customer inquiries Provide general office support and assist with day-to-day administrative duties Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills (in person and by phone) Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through Confident and professional demeanor when working with design professionals, clients (existing and prospective), and management Passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer experiences Desire to learn and understand all aspects of our proven sales model Working knowledge of computers and general office procedures Customer-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic Schedule Requirements An 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Benefits Competitive wages Health insurance 401(k) Paid holidays Paid vacation If you are motivated to succeed and passionate about customer service, we invite you to learn more about this opportunity.
