Armed with a unique management culture, stringent quality control, superb and innovative products, coupled with the century long brand reputation, Lee Kum Kee has achieved unanimous recognition and won numerous prestigious awards.   BENEFITS  * Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance coverage    * 401(k) Retirement Plan through Principal * Two (2) Weeks Vacation * Ten (10) Paid Holidays * Five (5) Sick Days * …And More!  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. * Process orders and coordinate on-time product deliveries (US & Overseas). * Respond to customers inquiries and provide customer services. * Follow the policy and procedures. * Monitor inventory status to ensure product availability for the orders. * Prepare product bulletins (customer price list and promotional products). * Prepare Customer Master Record form for new account set up. * Provide Certificate of Analysis (COA), if necessary. * Prepare warehouse requisitions for trade samples/special promotions. * Process product returns for expired products and/or damage products.  * Team up with Sales to follow up aging AR including outstanding invoices, short payments, and credit memo. * Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Function in terms of product specifications, Insurance Certificate, shipping product samples, demos, and customer complaints.  * Prepare business plans, correspondence, projects, and reports if needed. * Responsible for assisting /covering other markets and customers when necessary. * SAP support. * Ability to travel locally if needed. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each major responsibility satisfactorily. Responsibilities
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for processing orders, coordinating on-time product deliveries both domestically and overseas, and responding to customer inquiries while providing customer service. This role also involves monitoring inventory status, preparing necessary product bulletins and documentation, and collaborating with the Sales team to follow up on aging accounts receivable.
