We’re seeking a highly organised and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Tower Crane rental division. In this newly created position, you will play a key part in supporting tender submissions and project delivery—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.
Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits across Sydney, this role offers variety and the chance to collaborate with industry experts.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and timely submission of tender documents
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for tender
  • Maintain accurate records of all tender documents and communications
  • Support the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, such as contracts, schedules, and reports.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist in creating impactful sales presentations and tailored proposals
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in every interaction
